KETCHUM - Freshman forward Jesse Drosche had 30 points to lead Fairland to a 58-46 victory over Ketchum here Tuesday night in a non-conference basketball game.

Ketchum chalked up a 51-22 decision in the girls' game.

The Owls (6-3) led only 8-5 after one quarter then coasted into the break with a 23-17 advantage.

Ketchum tightened things up with a 14-10 edge in the third period, but FHS nailed down the win with a 25-15 run in the final stanza.

Drosche was joined in double figures by Seth Bunce, who added 13 points.

Reid scored 13 points for Ketchum.

In the girls' game, Ketchum used a 17-7 burst in the second quarter to take charge. The Lady Warriors had led only 11-5 after the first frame.

Ketchum continued to pull away in the third quarter thanks to an 18-6 run.

Chelsea Goins scored eight points for the Lady Owls, who also got six from Caitlyn Burnside.

Dakota Garrett scored 19 for Ketchum.

Fairland hosts Wyandotte in Lucky 7 Conference play Friday.
