West Fork, Ark., dropped out of the Northeastern A&M High School Basketball Tournament Friday, according to tournament director Bob Walker.

The decision forces changes in the Boys' Silver and Girls' Bronze brackets.

West Fork's boys were to have opened tournament play against Oklahoma Bible Academy, while its girls' first-round foe was to have been Wyandotte.

Miami's JV girls will fill in for West Fork in the Friday 11:30 a.m. losers' game against either Commerce or Marion C. Early.

Wyandotte will play the Commerce-Marion C. Early winner at 11:30 a.m. Friday.

“We'll have three sophomores, a junior and freshmen play,” Miami coach JohnCarl Morgan said. “This way, we can get a game in since our our jayvees don't have a game that week and our freshmen only play once.”

Walker was attempting to land a team to fill in on consolation side of the Boys' Silver bracket against the Wyandotte-Salina loser.
