Maxine F. Ehrhart of Seneca, Mo., died Sunday, March 22, 2009, at her daughter’s home in Neosho, Mo., after an illness. She was 94.
Mrs. Ehrhart was born March 10, 1915, in Seneca to Arthur Howard and Ethel (Wallace) Rinehart.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Seneca.
She married Charles Ehrhart on Nov. 18, 1942, in Carthage, Mo. He preceded her in death in 1974.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Gerald Rinehart in 1965; five sisters, Gladys Rinehart in 1905, Sadie Chester in 1975, Eula Rinehart in 1992, Mildred Mailes in 1998 and Glada Chase in 2003, and one great-granddaughter, Kenzie Ledbetter in 2008.
Survivors include one son and his wife, Morris and Alinda Ehrhart of Seneca; two daughters and their husbands, Kay and Chester Palmer of Miami and Janet and Jim Wright of Neosho; one brothers, Vernon Rinehart of Seneca, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Seneca. Jim Wilson and Aaron Weibel will officiate. Burial will be in Seneca Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons David Palmer, Scott Palmer, Justin Ehrhart, Tyler Ehrhart, Todd Morehead and Zach Ehrhart. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Cobble, Bill Leader, Frank Skaggs, Stan Lankford and Ramon Money.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church.
Memorials are suggested to the Seneca Cemetery Memorial Chapel fund in care of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home in Seneca.
The family will be at the home of Morris Ehrhart in Seneca.
