Wilfred “Pete” Dean Hollandsworth, lifelong resident of Wyandotte died on Wednesday, May 9, 2007.
He was born Aug. 9, 1930.
He married Patsy Ruth Porter on May 13, 1950.
He was a retired B.F. Goodrich worker and was also a Southern Baptist minister, serving in the Northeast Baptist Association as a minister to several area churches.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Winona Hollandsworth; his brother, Maurice L. Hollandsworth, and one great-granddaughter, Emma Claire Sanders.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy, of the home, and two daughters and their spouses, Deborah and Jerry Litlefield and Nancy and Craig Maxwell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Michelle, Jim, Beau and Bret Curry, Jennifer Coffey, Jillian and Olivia Rentfro, Jeremy Shasta and Keira Littlefield, Casey, Carly and Kailey Littlefield, Chris and Renee Coffey, Becci, Marshall and Chloe Sanders and Matt Maxwell. He is also survived by one sister and her spouse, Carol and Garrett Buzzard and his brother's wife, Bonnie Hollandsworth.
Funeral services will be conducted by C.G. Gillmore, pastor, at the Wyandotte First Baptist Church, Wyandotte, Okla., on Saturday, May 12, 2007, at 2 p.m. Family will receive friends at the Wyandotte First Baptist Church on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial services will be held following the funeral services on Saturday at the Seneca Cemetery in West Seneca, Oklahoma.
