Marion Ann Osborn of Commerce died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, at her home.

She was 55.

Osborn was born June 8, 1951, in Picher to Kenneth and Billie Ann (Gilmore) Cox. She lived in Ottawa County most of her life. She received an associate's degree in accounting from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.

She worked as a seamstress for King Louie International in Baxter Springs, Kan., and Glenberry Manufacturing in Commerce. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Picher.

Survivors include one son, Tim Osborn of Miami; one stepdaughter, Amber Bar of Picher; two brothers, Michael Cox of Galena, Kan., and Larry Cox of Norman, and two sisters, Teresa O'Hara and Brenda Cox, both of Miami.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Commerce with the Rev. Bill Bissell officiating.
