Thomas Lee Conrad of Scammon, Kan., died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at his home after an illness. He was 57.
Mr. Conrad was born Feb. 27, 1951, in Picher to Henry Leroy and Mary Elizabeth (Colvard) Conrad. He lived in Scammon for nine years.
He served in the Army.
He was a member of Highway Tabernacle Church in Cardin.
Survivors include his wife, Loutricia Diane Conrad of the home; one daughter and her husband, Misty Gail and Marcus Norris of Norman; three sons and their wives, Christopher Allen and Missi Conrad and Travis Lee and Kassie Conrad, all of Joplin, Mo., and Cody Cheyenne Conrad of the home; two brothers, Robert Eugene Conrad and Charles David Conrad, both of Commerce; four sisters, Patricia Diane McMillan of Hooker, Kathy Jane Kirkendoll of Grove, Evadna Louise Johnson of Miami and Vicki Lynn Scott of Riverton, Kan., and seven grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Picher. The Rev. Ray Clonts will officiate. Burial will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami.
Pallbearers will be Chris Conrad, Travis Conrad, Cody Conrad, Ron Amys, Nick Wright and Larry Cloyd.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
