The City of Miami will hold its annual citywide cleanup beginning Monday and concluding April 7.
Residential customers on the west side of town are asked to put items at curbside no later than 8 a.m. Monday.
Residents on the city's east side are asked to place items at the curb no later than 8 a.m. April 7.
City crews will make only one pass through the community to gather items.
Residents should note that city cannot accept hazardous materials - such as chemicals, fuels, oils, paint thinners or car batteries.
Paint cans must have lids off and the paint must be dry inside.
Air conditioners, freezers and refrigerators must have compressors removed.
No roofing materials will be accepted.
Tires can be taken to the city's solid waste facility for a small disposal fee.
All items must be bundled, bagged or boxed.
