CableOne has relocated  in order to better serve their customers, according to company representative Charlotte McClure.

As of Tuesday, the Miami location merged with the Joplin, Mo., CableOne site at 112 E. 32nd

According to  McClure, they relocated for a number of reasons.

“With tough times and the falling economy, being under one roof will help us serve our customers better and operate much more efficiently,” said McClure.

Doing business as usual, CableOne’s focus is on customer satisfaction, according to McClure.

The local customer service team will also be relocating to the new facility.

“Having the entire customer service team in one facility will help move through the calls quickly.” said McClure.

The technical support team will remain locally and offer free same-day service calls.

Payment options remain with payment over the phone, direct pay, Wal-Mart payment centers or online at CableONE.net.

The local number will still be available and forwarded directly to the Joplin office, or you can call the Joplin office directly at 417-624-6340.
