Freshmen pitchers Nicole Workman and Alex Gilley combined to limit Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa to three hits as the fifth ranked Northeastern A&M Lady Norse swept a double-header 8-0 and 9-0 Thursday evening on the NEO diamond.

With the sweep, coach Eric Iverson's Lady Norse are 21-4 on the season and 8-0 in the Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Lady Mavericks are 5-7 in the conference and 18-17 overall.

A sacrifice fly to center by Monigold scored Fluman and Clark scored on a single to center by Sullivan which ended the game because of the eight-run rule.
