Welch's Rylee Chenoweth drove for a layup with 22.5 seconds remaining, leaving the Girls' Light squad with a 72-70 advantage.
Hailey Heltzel of Quapaw missed the front end of a one-and-one with 6.8 seconds left that could have iced the win for the Girls' Light.
However, following a time out by Girls' Dark coaches John Leppla and Michael Schnatz, BigEagle took a pass and nailed the game winner.
The Light all-stars had led 18-16 after one quarter, but the Dark stars used a 23-point second period to go up 39-33 at intermission.
It was 60-50 heading into the final stanza, when the Light stars rallied with a 22-11 burst.
BigEagle and Sam Brigstock of Bluejacket had 11 points each and Peytience Logan of Wyandotte added 10 for the winners.
Samantha Williams of Bluejacket had a game-high 18 points for the Light all-stars.
She was joined in double figures by Sierra Burkybile of Quapaw and Corie McCorkell of Fairland with 13 and 12, respectively.
In the boys' game, the Light all-stars broke out to a 31-20 lead in the first period and never looked back.
They were up 47-36 at the break and 69-60 heading into the fourth quarter.
Five players scored in double figures for the Light stars, topped by Jacob Mount of Welch with 20 points.
Welch's Austin Buchanan and Asa Chenoweth added 13 each while Jason Larson and Mason Neese of Wyandotte contributed 11 and 10, respectively.
Ricky Carillo of Commerce and Tyler Bacon of Quapaw had 13 points each for the Dark all-star squad.
Dusty Henry of host Afton chipped in with 11 points.
