OKLAHOMA CITY — Seth Rhodes of Miami finished in a tie for ninth place at the Class 4A state golf tournament.

Rhodes, a senior, had a final-round 77 at the Lake Hefner North course. He posted a 76 during the first 18 holes Tuesday morning then came back with a 73 during the afternoon round.

“He finished in a tie for ninth, but he was in the top 10- individually among 75 players in 4A,” Miami coach John Kurtz said.

Fort Gibson coasted to the team title with a 711. Oklahoma City Bishop McGuinness was second at 918.
