WYANDOTTE — Adair and Kansas each went 2-0 during the first day of the Wyandotte Fall Classic fast pitch softball tournament, Thursday, Sept. 6.
The Lady Warriors topped Miami 4-1 and Quapaw 10-0 while Kansas picked up a 4-1 win over Commerce then topped Ketchum 11-1.
In other games, it was Miami 8, Welch 7; Oaks 4, Quapaw 3, and Welch 4, Oaks 1.
Miami defeated Quapaw 7-2 and Wyandotte blanked Ketchum 8-0 on Friday, Sept. 7.
In other games Friday Adair vs. Oaks, 12:40 p.m., and Wyandotte vs. Commerce, 2 p.m.
A final four pool games will be Saturday — Miami vs. Oaks, 9 a.m.; Commerce vs. Ketchum, 10:20 a.m.; Wyandotte vs. Kansas, 1 p.m., and Welch vs. Adair, 2:20 p.m.
The third-place game will be at 3:40 p.m. followed by the championship game at 5 p.m.
