MIAMI — For the fourth time in six matches, Northeastern A&M was pushed to five matches, but came up a winner Thursday, Aug. 30, against the Ottawa University JV.

The Lady Norse logged a 3-2 victory in the match at the Glen Wolfe Student Activity Center.

The Lady Norse won the first set 25-17 then dropped two straight by 25-23 and 25-21 scores.

They bounced back with a 21-19 win to force the fifth, set which saw NEO win 15-10.

NEO previously had gone five against Kansas City (Kansas) Community College, Central (Nebraska) Community College and Johnson County (Kansas) Community College.

The next home action for the Lady Norse will be Tuesday, Sept. 11 against MCC-Longview.
