GLENPOOL — Glenpool picked up a pair of wins over Commerce in non-district soccer action here Monday, March 12.

The hosts claimed an 8-0 decision in the girls’ match then eked out a 2-1 verdict in the boys’ clash.

Freshman Ty Jauert scored for Commerce (2-2) in the first half.

The score was tied 1-1 at the half.

Glenpool got six of its goals in the first 40 minutes of the girls’ game.

Commerce fell to 1-4. It was the third time the Lady Tigers had been shut out.


Commerce hosted Grove Thursday, March 15 in its final game before spring break.
