FAIRLAND — Hunter Chandler drilled nine 3-point goals on his way to a 36-point performance as Ketchum rolled to an 86-44 win over Fairland here Tuesday, Jan. 9.
Chandler got six of his nine treys in the second half, when he scored 22 of his 36 points.
Ketchum also picked up a 51-39 win in the girls’ game.
The Class 2A No. 3 Warriors (9-2) led 25-16 after one then pushed the margin to 18 at the half.
Ketchum continued to pull away in the second half with 22-6 and 21-13 advantages.
Thatcher Smalley and James Morris scored 11 points each for the Owls (4-4).
Trey Martin added eight points while Isaac Matthews and Cayden Elliott scored four each.
Gavin Long and Cole had three and two, respectively, for Fairland.
Miles Monical picked up 14 points for Ketchum.

Fairland held a 13-12 lead in the first quarter but the Lady Warriors turned things around with a 14-10 margin in the second frame.
Ketchum took charge by outscoring the Lady Owls 19-8 in the third quarter.
Nikki Dingle had 15 points and Ciera Allen chipped in with 13 for Fairland (3-7).
Kyndall Davis finished with seven and Jessica Roberts and Savannah Hutchison, two each.
Destany McGimpsey hit 23 points and Star West 11 for Ketchum (5-6).
Fairland hits the road Friday, Jan. 12, traveling to Oklahoma Union. It entertains Colcord Tuesday, Jan. 16.
