A touchdown with 1:27 remaining provided the margin of difference for Chouteau.
Quapaw had jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter but was unable to sustain.
In other games Friday night, its Commerce at Henryetta, Afton at Ketchum, Oklahoma Union at Fairland and Wesleyan Christian at Welch. Bluejacket is idle.
Wyandotte holds a lopsided lead in a series that dates back to 1929. This will be the 81st meeting between the schools.
The Wildcats are looking for their first win in the series since a 7-0 win in 2010.
Wyandotte is coming off a 42-24 loss to Kansas.
Welch, 2-0 for the first time since 2011, crushed Oaks 52-6 last Friday.
The Wildcats ended their lengthy losing streak last year with a 60-6 blowout.
