SENECA — Cole Hatfield, a senior-to-be at Seneca High School, will participate in the Blue-Grey Super Combine June 24-25 at AT&T Stadium — home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Hatfield attended a regional combine at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri, in April.
He then received an invitation to the Texas event.
If he makes the cut there, he could be selected to play in one of the Blue-Grey National All-American Bowls, which will be played at AT&T Stadium, Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), EverBank Field (Jacksonville Jaguars) and Levi’s Stadium (San Francisco 49ers).
“It would be an honor to be selected,” Hatfield told the Newton County News.
Hatfield had 614 all-purpose yards for Seneca last season, averaging 5.3 yards per carry and 9.8 yards per reception. He scored eight touchdowns.
Hatfield logged 65 tackles as a linebacker for the Indians.
