WYANDOTTE — Rolling to their 19th win of the season, 2A No. 6 Wyandotte posted a 12-1 baseball victory over Oaks here Tuesday.

Oaks had only one hit off Carson Loncarich, who struck out six and walked one over five innings.

The Warriors’ only run came in the fourth inning.

Wyandotte (19-2) broke out to a 1-0 lead in the first inning and tacked on three more runs in the third.

The Bears broke the game open with a seven-run burst in the fourth.

Braxton Douthit had a double and single while Loncarich and Brandon Brown collected two singles each.

Devan McLoud and Tristan Frazier each had a double while Jordon Burney, Dalton Newman and Cade Dixon each had a single.

The only player in the Wyandotte lineup without a hit was Ryan Cooper, who still reached on an error and scored a run.
