VINITA — Miami finished first as a team and Jack Osborn was first individually during the Vinita Invitational golf tournament Monday.

The Wardogs turned in a season-low 342 as they had four of the top seven individuals.

Osborn was medalist with a 79 and Gavin Payton claimed second at 83.

Kaleb Jinks was sixth and Lane Giles seventh. Both had rounds of 90, but Jinks won a scorecard playoff to take sixth.

Joe Lillard turned in a 99 for the Dogs.

Miami and Peoria Ridge Golf Course again will host a Class 4A regional later this month.

Joining Miami in the field are Catoosa, Cleveland, Cushing, Glenpool, Grove, Oologah, Tulsa Cascia Hall, Tulsa Metro Christian, Tulsa Webster and Vinita.
