Michael Joseph Percic Jr. of Groveland, Fla., died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at Florida South Hospital in Orlando, Fla. He was 35.
Mr. Percic was born Feb. 6, 1973, in Evergreen Park, Ill., to Michael Joseph and Cynthia Kay (Eddleman) Percic Sr. He lived in the Miami area.
He had worked at Tracker Marina and Able Body and had worked building amusement parks. He attended Tri-State Faith Center in Cardin.
Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Percic of Groveland; one son, Keith Serifan of Chicago, Ill.; one stepson, Justin Michael Brown of Marietta; his mother and stepfather, Cynthia Kay and Larry Lee Conrad of Miami; his father, of Chicago; one brother, John Percic of Miami; one sister, Catherine Conrad of Miami, and one half sister, Melissa Percic of Chicago.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami. The Rev. Charles Clevenger will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami.
