Daisy Lee Eatherly of Miami died Monday, May 7, 2007, at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center in Miami after an illness. She was 89.

Eatherly was born Sept. 16, 1917, in Viola, Ark., to John and Ida (Foster) Buckmaster.

She worked as a nurse's aide and as a sitter for the elderly for many years. She was a member of First Assembly of Church in Miami.

She married Ross Erick Orcutt in 1934. He preceded her in death in 1978. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and two sisters.

She married Leonard Eatherly in November, 2000. He survives, of the home.

Additional survivors include two sons, Doval D. Orcutt and Jerry G. Orcutt and his wife Arlene, all of Miami; two daughters, Twyla Snider of Miami and Mary Jo Stumps of Skiatook; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at First Assembly of God Church in Miami with the Rev. Raymond Frizzelle officiating. Burial will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Mercer, Gary Countryman, Jim Childers, Joe Nodine, Tony Orcutt, Scott Orcutt and Arvel Hammack.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Cooper-Althouse Funeral Home in Miami.
