Mylissa Ann Hemphill-Miller died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center in Miami after an illness. She was 50.

She was born May 12, 1957, in Anadarko to Jay and Eunice Hemphill. She lived in the Miami area most of her life.

She was a beautician and a member of Southeast Baptist Church of Miami. She was an American Indian.

Survivors include one daughter, Sequoyah Jones of Quapaw, and four grandchildren, Shaelyn Sater of Grove, and Kyelyar Jones, Jodacee Wolfe and Takiowa Jones, all of Seneca, Mo.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Hickory Grove Cemetery, northwest of Grove.

Pallbearers will be Johan Decorah, Ralph Mynes, Roger Hopps, Kory Epperson, David Turner and Donald Mattingly. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Jones and Leroy Jones.

Arrangements are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Picher.
