Roberta L. “Robi” Ruark of Liberty, Mo., died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, at Glennon Place in Kansas City, Mo., after an illness. She was 27.
Ms. Ruark was born Jan. 6, 1980, in Rogers, Ark.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Double Joy Club in Independence, Mo.
Survivors include one son, L.J. Barnes of the home; one daughter, Madison Barnes of the home; her mother, Brenda McNeely of Liberty; her father, Mark McNeely; one sister, Jennie Wiggins of Kansas City, and her grandparents, Harvey and Roberta Sharp and Darlene Brown, all of Miami.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami. The Rev. Ray Clonts will officiate. Burial will be in Baxter Springs (Kan.) Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mark McNeely, Mike McNeely, Jake Brown, Doug Forcum, Andy Wiggins and Harold Kohler. Honorary pallbearer will be Lannie Barnes.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
