Tammy Jo Brazeal of Miami died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center in Miami. She was 26.

Ms. Brazeal was born May 27, 1981, in Modesto, Calif., to Curtis L. and Kaye L. (Cochrane) Brazeal. She lived in the Fairland and Miami area all of her life.

She worked at Pumpin' Pete's store in Miami as a clerk.

Survivors include her stepfather, Doug Journeycake of Miami; two sisters, Alisa and Van Jackson of Grove and Belinda Brambora of Portland, Ore.; one brother, Steven Jenkins of Bernice; three stepbrothers, Russell and John Journeycake, both of Miami, and Jeff Journeycake of Fort Benning, Ga., and four nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Brazeal, and her mother, Kaye Brazeal Journeycake.

Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Hickory Grove Cemetery, north of Grove. Pastor Randall R. Hamill will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami.
