Lucille M. Eads of Rural Miami, Okla., died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center in Miami. She was 86.
Mrs. Eads was born Dec. 12, 1921, in Rural Welch, Okla., to Sam and Mattie (Parrott) Hail. She lived in the Welch, Picher and Miami area all of her life.
She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Miami.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, George Eads in 1979 and Maurice Williams in 1981.
Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Eads and his wife Janet of Parsons, Kan., and Kenny Eads of Miami, Okla.; three grandchildren, George R. Eads of Commerce, Okla., Shannon Eads of Miami, Okla., and Julie Pellett of Fort Scott, Kan., four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Miami. Pastor Conrad Oehlert will officiate. Burial will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami.
Pallbearers will be Bill Eads, Bob Eads, Jimmy Eads, Edwin Ball, Jerry Plake and Mike Blair. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Hail and Bill Creswell.
Services are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Commerce, Okla.
