William “Bill” McKee of Wyandotte died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007. He was 84
Mr. McKee was born Aug. 24, 1923, in Hulbert to Stephen McKee and Sadie Bird McKee.
He was a World War II veteran of the Army.
He worked as a professional baker for many years. He then worked for the BIA and retired after working for the State of Oklahoma.
Survivors include his wife, Opal, of the home; three daughters and their husbands, Sadie McKee and Mary and Boone Pickup, all of Wyandotte, and Sue and Jack Wyant Jr. of Miami; three sons and their wives, Rick and Beckie McKee of Wyandotte, Kenny and Alta McKee Sr. of Miami and William McKee Jr. of Tahlequah; one brother, three sisters, 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one grandson.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Wyandotte Wayside Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Wyandotte Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove.
