Nancy Lee Rogers died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, in Miami. She was 69.
Mrs. Rogers was born Oct. 6, 1939, in Baxter Springs, Kan. to Kenneth and Lucille (Banning) Roy. She lived in Quapaw for 20 years before residing in Miami for the last 30 years.
She worked for the State of Oklahoma in the clerical internal services department. She was a housewife.
Survivors include her husband, Lee Roy Rogers, of the home; three sons and their wives, Ronnie Rogers of Afton, Alan and Anita Garrett of Tulsa and Rex and Lorry Conner of Miami; two daughters, Terry Padley and husband Steve Giroux of Miami and Pam Miller of California, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Baxter Springs Cemetery. Pastor Wayne Shaw will officiate.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Cooper-Althouse Funeral Home in Miami.
