Glenn Eldon Weber of Miami, Okla. passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. He was 86.
Mr. Weber was born Sept. 27, 1926 in Lewistown, Ill. to Cyrus Glenn and Fannie (Kruse) Weber. He served in the U.S. Army during Korea. He had lived in Miami since 1955 and worked for B.F. Goodrich. He was a member of the Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Miami, OK and the American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two Brothers and a Sister. He married Helen (Orr) Weber on May 9, 1954 in Joplin, Mo. She survives of the home.
Additional Survivors include: two Daughters and their Husbands Karen and Len Windle of Chelsea, Okla., Diane and Rocky Weston of Tahlequah, Okla., two Brothers Gordon Weber of Bushnell, Ill., Carlisle Weber of Florida, and five Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday July 2, 2013 at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Miami, Okla. Pastor Mark Burger will officiate. Pallbearers will be Wayne Dickerson, Sonny Jones, Josh Windle, Taylor Weston, Tanner Weston, Len Windle and Rocky Weston. Interment will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, Okla. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to service time Tuesday at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church. Memorials may be made to Mt. Olive Lutheran Church.
