Norma Louise Mattingly of Miami died Saturday, May 26, 2007, at her home. She was 82.

Mrs. Mattingly was born March 5, 1925, in Picher to John and Lillie (Ruttenberg) Robison. She lived in the area all of her life.

She was a homemaker. She also worked for Glenberry Manufacturing in Commerce, was a dispatcher for a local cab company and worked at several restaurants. She was of the Baptist faith.

She married Henry James Mattingly on May 15, 1943, in Miami. He preceded her in death on Nov. 28, 1991. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Don Mattingly and James Mattingly; her parents, six brothers, two grandsons and one great-grandchild.

Survivors include one son, Russell P. Mattingly of Claremore; four daughters and their husbands, Elaine and Jim Blythe of Afton, Rose M. Pierce of Quapaw and Catherine Mattingly and Marsh and Bobby York, all of Miami, 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami with the Rev. Larry Brinkley officiating.

Pallbearers will be Robert York Jr., Christopher York, Delmar Mattingly, Glen Robison, Donald Mattingly and Gary Burkett.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami.
