Cheresa “CC” Lynn Jackson of Fairland passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010 in Tulsa. She was 19.
Miss Jackson was born December 13, 1990, in Springfield, Missouri to James and Tana (Gremmels) Jackson. She had lived in Fairland most of her life and was of the Assembly of God Faith. She had worked at McDonald as a clerk.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Tana and Paul McCoy of Fairland; her father, James Jackson; two grandmothers, Pearl Gremmels of Mt. Vernon, Mo., and Julie Mae Jackson of Texas; two brothers, Eugene Jackson of Tulsa and Paul McCoy of Commerce; three sisters, Kristina McCoy of Miami, Teona Jackson of Tulsa and Kamele Swab of Virginia.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday June 25, at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami. Rev. Raymond Frizzelle will officiate. Pallbearers will be Cullen Seneca, Les Danels, Eugene Jackson, Paul McCoy, Kevin McCoy and Rodney Hollingsworth. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, OK. Services are under the directions of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami.
