The Rev. Anna Mae Griffin of Goodman, Mo., died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007, at the Seneca, Mo., House Nursing Home after an illness. She was 92.

The Rev. Griffin was born April 29, 1915, in Eureka Springs, Ark., to Ausker Lee and Etta Belle Beaver. She formerly lived in Wyandotte.

She was a homemaker and served as an Assembly of God pastor for more than 60 years until recently retiring due to health problems. She was the pastor of Turkey Ford Assembly of God Church for 17 years, Seneca Assembly of God Church for three years and Hart Assembly of God Church for two years. She was a member of the Seneca Assembly of God Church and had attended Trinity Pentecostal Church in Goodman the past eight years.

Survivors include one son and his wife, Vaughn and Della Griffin of Goodman; one daughter and her husband, Vivan and Shannon Fink of Wyandotte; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, the Rev. Elmo Beaver and the Rev. Chester Beaver.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Seneca Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Larry Convirs, the Rev. Calvin Ackerson and the Rev. Herman Jolley officiating. Burial will be in Seneca Cemetery with grandsons and great-grandsons serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the Seneca Assembly of God Church.
