Phyllis Jean McIntire of Commerce died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, at St. Johnís Regional Medical Center in Joplin, Mo., after an illness.
She was 60.
Mrs. McIntire was born Dec. 17, 1947, in Cardin to Virgil and Mary (Spurgage) Patrick. She lived in the Cardin and Commerce area all of her life.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Leonard McIntire of the home; one son and his wife, Johnny and Jennifer McIntire of Quapaw; two daughters, Mary Jean McIntire of the home and Stacey Taylor and her husband Billy of Miami; one sister, Virgie Turner of Quapaw; one brother, Jack Patrick of Commerce, and one grandchild, Charytee Terrance.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami. The Rev. Geoff Buffalo will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Commerce.
