Kenneth W. “Podge” Graham, 66, of Afton died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, at his residence after an illness.

He was born March 3, 1942, to Armol and Hazel (Bradley) Graham in Peoria and had lived in the Peoria area all his life until three years ago, when he moved to Afton to fish.

He was employed with B.F. Goodrich on the radial line for 13 years and was a member of the Peoria Baptist Church.

He served in the Army from 1961 to 1964 and re-enlisted in the Navy from 1965 to 1967 and served a tour in Vietnam.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Darlas Dale Graham.

Survivors include one son and his wife, Wesley and Karmin Graham of Quapaw; one daughter, Joy Graham of Miami; three brothers, Bob Graham of Peoria, Roger Graham of Fairland and Billy Graham of Peoria; two sisters, Barbara Stasell of Peoria and Peggy Sappington of Gulfport, Miss., and three grandchildren, Darcie Graham, Dalton DeShazer and Madison Cummings.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at the Peoria Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Case officiating. Interment will follow in the Seneca Cemetery in Seneca, Mo.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 4 to 5 p.m. today, Dec. 21, at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami.

Pallbearers will be Danny Jimerson, Jim Jimerson, Marty Holcomb, Rod Graham, Zach Graham and Gary Graham.

Services are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami.
