Lenora B. Collins died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, at Miami Nursing Center. She was 92.

Mrs. Collins was born Nov. 26, 1915 in Wyandotte to William "Bob" Longan and Carrie (Wyrick) Longan. She was a lifetime resident of Ottawa County. She attended school at Wyandotte and graduated from there with the class of 1933. She also attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami and Northeastern State University in Tahlequah.

She was a member of First Christian Church in Commerce. She was a member and past worthy matron of Fairland Chapter No. 194 of Eastern Stars. She received her 50-year membership pin in 1995 from the Grand Chapter of Eastern Stars.

She married Ben Angel. He preceded her in death. She married Glen Collins. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Robert Franklin Angel; one brother, Troy R. Longan; one sister, Deretha Maxine Fields, and one nephew Joe Schneider.

Survivors include one niece, Theda Jolene Welch and her husband Paul of California, and one nephew, James Welch of California.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Wyandotte Cemetery. Pastor Truman Brady will officiate.
