Harold Edwin Holt, III of Broken Arrow, Okla. passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Okla. He was 64.
Harold was born January 14, 1953 in Miami, Okla. to Harold W. and Claudia (Best) Holt. He graduated from Commerce High School in 1971 and served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. Harold had lived in Broken Arrow since 2011 moving from Fort Worth, Texas. He was a Quality Engineer for Triump Aero – Structures in Tulsa, Okla. and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Commerce, Okla. He loved hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Minna McFall and a Sister – in – Law Brenda Holt.
Survivors include his wife DeLynda Holt of the home, his son Aaron Holt and wife Melissa of Alpena, Mich. a brother Tim Holt of Minco, Okla. and a Brother – in- Law Rev. Ed McFall of Miami, Okla.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday March 3, 2017 at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, Okla. Rev. Leonard Pirtle and Rev. Ed McFall will officiate. Interment will be in Williams’ Timberhill Cemetery, west of Miami, Okla. Military Rites will be conducted by Grove Veterans Ritual Team. Pallbearers will be Bryan Baker, John David Laue, Jeffrey Laue, Derick Potter, Clay Holt, Kyle Baker Terry Harper and Bruce Bagzis.
