The public is invited to submit short films into the fourth annual Northeast Oklahoma A&M College Film Festival to be held in April.

The early deadline for entry is Feb. 14.  All NEO students, high school students and members of the public are invited to submit an original short film for judging.

A second and final deadline for film submission with a late entry fee of $15 is March 14.

Winners will be featured during the Film Festival and on NEO 13 programming.

All projects should be turned in to Justin Poirot, instructor for the mass communications and electronic media courses.

There is a $10 entry fee for the competition.

The festival will be held at 6 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Auditorium.

All films will be divided into categories based on whether they were submitted by an NEO student, high school student or a member of the public.

The top three winners from each category will receive awards.

There is no minimum length for a film to be submitted, but the maximum length is 20 minutes.

All entries with content considered vulgar, obscene or pornographic will automatically be eliminated from the line up of films.

The films will be judged based on their overall quality and presentation.
