TULSA (AP) — A shooting outside the Tulsa County Courthouse plaza has wounded at least three people — including a county sheriff's deputy.
Tulsa police spokesman Leland Ashley says a report of a person firing into the air was reported about 2:40 p.m. between the courthouse and the Tulsa City/County Library in downtown.
Ashley says two deputies exchanged gunfire with the shooter.
Ashley says one deputy, a bystander and the suspect were shot during the gun battle. Ashley says the deputy and bystander's wounds appeared minor. The severity of the suspect's wounds were not known.
