Gov. Brad Henry reappointed Richard Lillard as chairman of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency for a term expiring May 1, 2014.

 Lillard is a Miami, Oklahoma businessman with over 35 years of manufacturing ownership and operation experience. He has served as an OHFA trustee since 2001. Lillard has been director and chairman of the Oklahoma Industrial Finance Authority and the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority. He also serves as a member of the National Conference of State Housing Boards.

Lillard owns Richard S. Lillard Company, a multi-integrated company specializing in group benefits.

OHFA is entrusted with hundreds of millions of dollars in federal funds and other authorizations each year to address the affordable housing needs of many Oklahomans. The board of trustees oversees that the responsible allocation of these funds is used wisely to help those Oklahoma residents in need.
