A Wyandotte High School student spent the past week at the State Capitol serving as a legislative page for State Representative Larry Glenn.

Chris Hofschulte was among several Oklahoma students chosen each year to assist lawmakers and legislative staff.

The experience gives students a better knowledge of state government, according to Glenn.

“Pages are an important part of the legislative process,” said Glenn “The House of Representatives relies on these students for the smooth transmission of information each day.”

Among a variety of duties, pages deliver paperwork and messages among Capitol offices.

“Chris did a tremendous job and I am very proud of him,” said Glenn.
