Following the fall docket, six were ordered to return to court Thursday to enter pleas.
Randal Childress is scheduled to appear at 10 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Two Fairland men are scheduled for pleas on charges of grand larceny and possession of a firearm while committing a felony. Troy Dewane Mathia, 21, and John Wesley Holden, 20, are accused of stealing pallets from a soil plant. Mathia will appear at 10 a.m, Holden at 1 p.m.
Thomas Lewis Green will answer to charges of attempting to elude police officers, running a roadblock, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, driving under suspension and no insurance. His plea is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Henry Summerfield is set to plea at 1:30 p.m. for driving under the influence, second and subsequent, driving with a revoked license and no insurance.
Christopher Lee Waldon and Jamie S. Westpfahl will plead individually on charges of possession of marijuana and failure to pay taxes. Both will appear at 1 p.m.
Zachary Lee Trask will plea at 10 a.m. on charges of obtaining merchandise by means of bogus check.
