Charles Kimbrough, director of business recruiting for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, will be the featured speaker at Tuesday's “Business Connection Luncheon” sponsored by the the Miami Area Chamber of Commerce.
The event will begin at noon in the Student Activity Center at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and will be held in conjunction with the Miami Rotary Club's weekly meeting.
“This business luncheon program is designed to provide a meeting for our members where they can obtain valuable information from featured speakers discussing business issues, updates on chamber and community activities, plus a great time getting acquainted or reacquainted with other businesses in the area,” said Cindy Morris, chamber director.
Kimbrough will address national and statewide recruiting trends, Oklahoma projects and efforts to attract relocating companies and assistance with expansion of companies.
