TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa police are seeking the public's help as they try to identify a woman whose body was found wrapped in trash bags in the front yard of a house.
A man who was seen in the area around the time the body was discovered Wednesday morning is also being sought.
A medical examiner describes the woman as being in her late 20s or early 30s with a tattoo of flowers on her right shoulder.
Police say they have no witnesses, but are looking for a white man driving a 1970s-model Chevrolet pickup with no hubcaps. He was descried as being between 40 and 50 years old with collar-length hair and a scruffy beard.
The death is being investigated as Tulsa 23rd homicide of the year.
