Miami City Council members and the city's utility board will meet at noon today to continue discussions and possible announcement of a new city manager.
The two panels met in joint session Tuesday to name a new city manager, but emerged from a 90-minute executive session with no decision.
Finalists for the manager position are Mike Randall, 54, of rural Monett, Mo.; Michael Ashcraft, 54, of Olathe, Kan.; and Huey P. Long, 59, of Safford, Ariz.
The three top candidates were whittled from a pool of more than 50 who responded to a nationwide call for applications.
