WYANDOTTE - A 15-year-old girl was listed in stable condition Sunday following a four-wheeler accident, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Brittany K. Guild of Neosho, Mo., was transported via Med Flight to Freeman Health Care System in Joplin, Mo.

She was admitted with head, leg, and trunk injuries, Trooper Brian McSlarrow reported.

The accident occurred as the 2003 Polaris crested a hill on a county road, prompting Guild to apply the brakes, causing the 4-wheeler to slide left of center, striking an oncoming pickup. Guild was ejected 6 feet from the Polaris, according to the OHP report.

The driver of the 2000 Dodge pickup, Billy El Arnold, age 59, of Wyandotte, reportedly wasn't injured, the trooper reported.
