Clyde Eugene “Gene” Yant, Jr. living in Miami, Okla. passed from this life Monday, May 28, 2018 at St. Johns Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. He was 73.
Gene was born April 27, 1945 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Clyde Eugene Yant, Sr. and Marcalin Yant. He lived in Miami, Okla. for 12-1/2 years. He ran Poor Man’s Auto Emporium in Miami, Okla.
Survivors include his wife Nannette Yant; son, Erik Bradshaw and wife Kimberly and their four children, Brook, Erika, Michael and Elizabeth. Marceline Yant Peters, husband Roland (deceased), also their children and Devyn Yant Peters. Tina Marie Bradshaw (boys) Sean, Breant and Decker. Also two great grands. His brother Dennis Morrow of Texas and his family. His sister Marion Stinger of Riverside, Calif. and her family. Harold and (Henrietta Nault) and Debbie Wilson (mom, deceased); Sonya and Jason Smith, Welch, Okla. six kids, three boys and three girls; Nannette and Robbie Turley, Commerce, Okla., four girls and two boys. LaLonie and Henry Hart, Commerce, Okla., five girls and three boys; Tabitha and Dengil Shoemaker, Enid, Okla., five girls and three boys; BJ and Jerilyn Nault, Miami, Okla., three girls and three boys; Leo Doloris Mathews, Enid, Okla., five boys and two girls; Frank and Cecilia Davis, wife deceased, three girls and two boys.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 10 a.m. at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, Okla.
Services have been placed in the care of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home.
