Julia Senae (Deissroth) Bennett (53) went to see her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 29, 2018, at the Cornerstone Hospital of Oklahoma in Muskogee, Okla. She was surrounded by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband David Howard Bennett of Miami, Okla., her daughters LaJuana (Walton) Mejia of Miami, Fla.; Theodora Walton (Christian Rivera) of Wichita, Kan., Kara Walton (Matthew Mullin) of Pryor, Okla.; Karen Mitchell of Miami, Okla.; son, Timothy (Elizabeth) Bennett of Miami, Okla; father Gil (Kathy) Deissroth of Vinita, Okla.; mother Rebecca Mitchell of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Kevin (Teresa) Deissroth of Miami, Okla.; Roy Frasier of Los Angeles, Calif. and grandchildren Lauralei, Natalie, Leah, Jareth, Willow and Liliana.

Julia was born on January 31, 1965 in Los Angeles, Calif. She married David Bennett on August 31, 1988, on the Twin City Queen in West Monroe, La. She was baptized in Jesus name by Rev Fred Foster at First United Pentecostal Church in West Monroe, La. David and Julia moved back to Oklahoma in 2005. They attended Crossroads of Life UPC of North Miami, Okla. She cared greatly for family members. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest treasure. She loved spending time baking cakes, cookies, swimming and going to the ocean. She was loved dearly by her family members and will be missed immensely.

A memorial service will be held on May 19, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Crossroads UPC, 607 N. Main, North Miami, Okla. Pastor Bruce Winch will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Julia Senae’s life. Many thanks go out to those who surrounded her with care and love.
