Nina "Kathy" Kathleen Branham long time area educator passed away at her home on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at age sixty-three. She was born on December 18, 1954 in Kansas City, Kan. to William Franklin and Dorothy (Hasler) Walker. Kathy married her love of thirty-nine years James Branham on August 16, 1978. Kathy worked for Norteast Votech Center as a business teacher for over twenty years until her retirement in 2002. She loved her students at the Vo-Tech. More than anything she loved her grandchildren.
Kathy has left to carry on her legacy her husband James Branham, her daughter Dr. Jamie Williams and her husband Kirk of Miami, her parents William and Dorothy Walker, her grandchildren Brett Williams and Blake Williams and a baby girl on the way along with her sister Louise Tunnell and her husband Kent of Ardmore.
There will be a celebration of her life at a later date. Interment will be at Williams Timberhill Cemetery. Services are under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
