1. The Miami Little Theatre presents "The Haunting of Hill House," at the Coleman Theatre. Adapted by F Andrew Leslie, this thrilling play is directed by Phillip Shamblin and Aaron Smith, the directors of last year's, "To Kill A Mockingbird." 2. Buffalo Run Casino is hosting country star, Colt Ford, Friday, Feb. 23. Doors open at 7 p.m. and show starts at 8 p.m. in the Showplace. Tickets are $30 the day of the show, ages 18+. For more information contact the Buffalo Run box office at 918-542-7140 ext. 2200.

3. The All Tribes Education Consortium (ATEC) Dinner & Auction takes place this Saturday, Feb. 24. Dinner will include grilled chicken breast, scalloped potatoes, vegetable medley, bread, salad, bar, a drink, and dessert. Tickets are $10 each or $17 per couple. Children ages 4-12 years old are $5 and children 3 and under are free with an adult purchase. All proceeds go to the ATEC Scholarship Program. 4. The Baxter Springs Heritage Center & Museum, 740 East Ave, Baxter Springs, Kansas, will be hosting their monthly meeting on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. with special guest speaker Pat Wilkins. Guests are welcome to the gathering where Wilkins will be sharing and speaking about his extensive Native American artifact collection.

5. In theaters this weekend is “Game Night” a dark comedy about a group of friends who meet regularly for game nights find themselves trying to solve a murder mystery; “Annihilation” rated R and based on the best-selling novel about a biologist who signs up for a dangerous, secret expedition where the laws of nature don’t apply; “Every Day” rated PG-13 is the story of a shy teenager falling for someone who transforms into another person every day.
