Altercation in North Miami results in a stabbing.
NORTH MIAMI – Little information is available at this point in time about a stabbing that occurred Wednesday night in North Miami, according to Commerce Police Chief Ray Horn.
“The victim was transported to Mercy Hospital in Joplin,” Horn said. “He is in stable condition. The case is under further investigation at this time.”
It was unclear what caused the altercation between two men, Horn said. No arrests have been made in connection to the stabbing.
“We don't really know what happened at this time,” he said. “We haven't been able to speak with the victim yet. We just called down there and they still have him sedated.”
